Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy changes according to date and room type. Please check the cancellation policy as per room type and per dates of your accommodation while booking.
If cancelled or modified or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, or case of no-show, first night’s fee is charged.
100 Per cent of the first night will be charged at lest 2 days of prior to arrive.

Please note that as per Dubai Law, visitors are not allowed in the room. Visitors may be met in the lobby only. Please note that guests must present the original credit card used at the time of the booking upon check in. If the credit card presented is different than the one used to make booking, guest will be asked to settle the hotel bill in cash.
